2025 UCLA Yearbook Deadline: May 30, 2025

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Customers must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund on their sitting fee. Failure to cancel before 48 hours results in forfeiting your sitting fee so please make sure you select a time that works best for you. Customers not showing up to their appointment are marked as a “No Show” and forfeit the sitting fee automatically! 

LATE POLICY

Our time is as important as yours so please respect ours by showing up early and not showing up late. Showing up late is unfair to your fellow peers who have appointments after yours and show up on time. Our late policy (found on your confirmation email and the FAQ) are strictly enforced!

SITTING FEE

The sitting fee for all sessions covers just the session itself. What you are paying for with your “sitting fee” is a fee to cover the photographer’s time and studio materials (cap, gown, etc.)

Grad Portrait Standard Session

  • ~10 minute photo session @ $35
  • 6 standard poses with the official UCLA gown, 202X sash, cap and tassel.
  • Optional 7th pose w/ white board for $3! (Please ask the front desk the day of your sitting AND SHOW UP 5 minutes early to have time to do this! We reserve the right to not allow the white board photo if you do not show up early.)

Grad Portrait Deluxe Session

  • ~25 minute photo session @ $55
  • 6 poses from the STANDARD SESSION PLUS an additional 6 poses with the official UCLA gown, 202X sash, cap and tassel.
  • 3 Prop poses
  • 3 LinkedIn/professional poses
  • 6 Sash w/nice outfit poses
  • Ability to bring your own cords/sashes/props
Book Deluxe Session

Grad Portrait Designer Session

  • ~25 minute photo session @ $65
  • Ability to review your photos between sets
  • 6 poses from the STANDARD SESSION PLUS an additional 6 poses with the official UCLA gown, 202X sash, cap and tassel.
  • As time permits, the freedom to add additional poses you want with props
  • Ability to bring your own cords/sashes
  • NOTE: Based on how selective you are with retaking poses, we may not get to all the poses.
