Please note that the sitting fee is purely for the photo session!

Our studio is located in 118 Kerckhoff Hall

For all sessions, we provide the cap, gown, tassel and Class of 202X sash

The deadline to be included in the 2025 UCLA yearbook is February 28, 2025!

ONLY Portraits taken with BruinLife Photo Studio will be included in the yearbook.

Photos taken in Ackerman at Campus Photo Studio do not qualify to be placed in the yearbook!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Customers must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund on their sitting fee. Failure to cancel before 48 hours results in forfeiting your sitting fee. Customers not showing up to their appointment forfeit the sitting fee! 

LATE POLICY

Our time is as important as yours so please respect ours by showing up early and not showing up late. Showing up late is unfair to your fellow peers who have appointments after yours and show up on time. Our late policy (found on your confirmation email and the FAQ) are strictly enforced!

WHAT DOES THE SITTING FEE PAY FOR?

The sitting fee for all sessions covers just the session itself. A few days after your session you will be given a link to view your proofs which are watermarked. You can then purchase from our various products (prints, digital files, etc.) through the Shop tab of the site.

Graduate Portrait Standard Session

  • ~10 minute photo session @ $45
  • 6 standard poses with the official UCLA gown, 202X sash, cap and tassel.
  • Optional 7th pose w/ white board prop for $3. (Please ask the front desk the day of your sitting AND SHOW UP EARLY to have time to do this! We reserve the right to not allow the white board photo if you do not show up early and ask ahead of time.)

Graduate Portrait Deluxe Session

  • ~25 minute photo session @ $55
  • This session includes the 6 poses from the STANDARD SESSION PLUS an additional 6 poses with the official UCLA gown, 202X sash, cap and tassel.
  • + 3 Prop poses + 9 Sash w/nice outfit poses
  • Ability to bring your own cords/sashes
  • Ability to bring your own props for the prop set
Book Deluxe Graduate Session

Graduate Portrait Designer Session

  • ~25 minute photo session @ $65
  • Ability to review your photos between sets
  • This session includes the 6 poses from the STANDARD SESSION PLUS an additional 6 poses with the official UCLA gown, 202X sash, cap and tassel.
  • As time permits, the freedom to add additional poses you want with props
  • Ability to bring your own cords/sashes
  • Optional 13th pose w/ white board prop for $3. (Please ask the front desk the day of your sitting AND SHOW UP EARLY to have time to do this! We reserve the right to not allow the white board photo if you do not show up early and ask ahead of time.)
  • NOTE: Based on how selective you are with retaking poses, we may not get to all the poses.
