Customers must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund on their sitting fee. Failure to cancel before 48 hours results in forfeiting your sitting fee so please make sure you select a time that works best for you. Customers not showing up to their appointment are marked “No Show” and forfeit the sitting fee automatically! 

Our time is as important as yours so please respect ours by showing up early and not showing up late. Showing up late is unfair to your fellow peers who have appointments after yours and show up on time. Our late policy (found on your confirmation email and the FAQ) are strictly enforced!

The sitting fee for all sessions covers just the session itself. A few days after your session you will be given a link to view your proofs which are watermarked. You can then purchase from our various products (prints, digital files, etc.) through the Shop tab of the site.
