CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Customers must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund on their sitting fee. Failure to cancel before 48 hours results in forfeiting your sitting fee so please make sure you select a time that works best for you. Customers not showing up to their appointment are marked “No Show” and forfeit the sitting fee automatically! 

LATE POLICY

Our time is as important as yours so please respect ours by showing up early and not showing up late. Showing up late is unfair to your fellow peers who have appointments after yours and show up on time. Our late policy (found on your confirmation email and the FAQ) are strictly enforced!
